Also Kerobokan has everything nearby without being in the tourist center. The villas are bigger, the rent is better value, you can actually find parking. Also Kerobokan has that middle-ground demographic, not luxury resort guests, not backpacker budget, just regular families and couples wanting quality flowers at reasonable prices. I respect that, matches how I've always approached this business anyway.

Remembering the School Days

When our friends' kids went to Australian School in Kerobokan, before it moved to Sanur maybe five or six years ago, we'd see them occasionally at school events. The grounds were nice, the community was tight, lots of expat families building lives in Kerobokan specifically because the school was there.
